Led the multi-platform (app, web) redesign for Claro, from wireframing and leading research on user engagement to creating final UI deliverables and assured quality during the development process.

UI design changes and flow adjustments were needed to accommodate both business and user needs. The design takes into account the wide variety of social and cultural characteritics of peruvian users.
Attention to details
In addition to being responsible for all hands-on design work, I also facilitate in-person usability tests, authoring findings that informed key design adjustments, and planned for potential future enhancements.
The app is meant to adapt to a vast variety of functionalities for postpaid, prepaid and house services. Designing the structural architecture meant taking into account the native interactions and limitations for both Android y iOS operating systems.
One of the the main findings of our initial research was the difficulties users faced during checkout. To solve this pain-point we streamlined the checkout process in Mi Claro app.
After user testings and several iterations, we developed a payment platform within the app where the user can easily make and verify their purchase. Our biggest challenge was designing it within VISA platform guidelines.
